To obtain an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) to return parts only, REMEMBER WE DO NOT ACCEPT BIKES FOR REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, simply call one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-750-1834 or email us at sales@westcoastproductsonline.com. Once you have obtained the number, you must clearly display it on the exterior of the package you are returning and ship the the part back to:

Any unauthorized parts returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned parts. All bikes sold "As Is".

NOTE: These products are not for sale, or resale, within the State of California other than for CLOSED COURSE COMPETITION and/or PRIVATE PROPERTY.
All refused truck shipments will be charged shipping both ways. All refused DHL shipments will be charged shipping to the customer.
TRUCK DELIVERIES: ALL TRUCKING ORDERS MUST HAVE DAMAGE NOTED BY THE DRIVER AND YOU MUST FAX THAT REPORT TO US SO WE CAN FILE A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF. IF YOU SIGN FOR THE BIKE WITHOUT DAMAGE NOTED AND LATER FIND DAMAGE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE PARTS AND FILE THE CLAIM YOURSELF WHICH WILL PROBABLY BE DENIED. PLEASE INSPECT THE BIKE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY INCUR FROM SHIPPING AND THEN SIGN THE BILL OF LADING. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. IF YOU INCUR DAMAGE, YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING MATERIAL.
All Alaskan, Hawaiin and Canadian customers must pay the shipping for all parts under warranty.
